Returning Your Online Order with Ease

You have 10 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 10-day return policy.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return.
The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

In the event that your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions.
We won’t accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders, custom designs, and things that have been modified fall within the category of items that cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned to us.

Returning the item you already own and buying the replacement item separately after the return has been approved is the quickest approach to make sure you get what you want.

Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted.
If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
