Customised badges have a production time of 10-12 days, but please do let us know if you require them urgently when placing your order.

You have 10 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 10-day return policy.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return.
